Shipping Details

DELIVERY FEES
Zone 1
We provide free shipping for all orders over $700 within a 75 mile delivery range in NY, NJ, and parts of PA. Multiple orders can be combined to apply for waive of shipping fees. All orders under $700 will be charged a $55 surcharge.

Outside of Zone 1
We receive shipping quotes from various carriers to provide you with competitive rates for your area, either using our company trucks or common carriers. The shipping quote for all deliveries outside of our delivery zone will be included in your order confirmation. Alternatively, customers can choose to arrange their own freight

EXCEPTIONAL LEAD TIME
In most cases, RTA orders are shipped within 1-2 days of confirmation, while assembled orders are shipped within 3-4 days. This lead time applies to all shipping methods, including truck,
ground carrier, freight carrier, and pickups. Please note that longer lead times may apply for high-volume orders.

COMMON CARRIERS/GROUND SHIPMENTS
It may be necessary at times to send products via outside carriers (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS, etc). A freight quote will be generated on all invoices. When this occurs, the dealer is responsible for remitting payment prior to shipping, either via check, wire transfer, or credit card. Damaged items for carrier shipments must be claimed within seven (7) days. Missing items must be noted on driver’s proof of delivery in order for a claim to be processed and a form must be sent into sales@mykitchencabinets.com (see Replacements/Claims). Customers may arrange their own common carrier or ground shipments by noting accordingly at the time their order is placed. Once the order is ready, we will contact you to advise the shipment information for pick up. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping services through our carriers and do not accept shipping labels or bills of lading with expedited services.

CLAIMS
When freight is delivered or picked up, please verify that your order is intact and correct BEFORE signing the driver’s delivery slip. Any incorrect or missing items claims will NOT be honored once a delivery is signed for. If any items in the delivery appear to be damaged or missing, please note on the driver’s delivery ticket and contact Sales@mykitchencabinets.com immediately.
There are times when everything on a delivery looks fine, but when you open the box the item is damaged. Please open all boxes within seven (7) days of delivery. If you do not file a claim or submit a claim form in this time frame of seven (7) days, a claim cannot be fled and the item will not be replaced. Damaged item claims must be made prior to assembly and/or installation. Any damaged item that is installed or assembled will not be replaced.
